A business conference communicates a global hotel company’s strategic approach for the year ahead.

Issue

Entering the third year of Radisson Hotel Group’s new leadership, the company’s annual business conference needed to effectively communicate essential messages aligned to its global strategic plan while building enthusiasm and engagement for its brands among owners, operators, potential investors, and hotel developers.

Solution

Based on pre-event research with the brand’s hotel owner/operators, Ethos developed a strategic, comprehensive approach to presenting conference content and delivering an immersive experience through keynote scripts, main stage presentation graphics, documentary-style videos, a mobile app and website, activations, and space branding.

Outcome

The new branded theme, fresh format, and dynamic, cohesive, and focused approach resonated strongly with attendees. In post-event survey feedback, the event showed significant year-on-year gains in experience ratings for the overall conference, keynote program content, the website and digital app, conference format, and activations.
