Our core team
Collectively, our team has decades of experience working for high-profile brands like Walt Disney, United Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Novartis, Wells Fargo, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Acura, and Sealy.
Christine has nearly 20 years of international experience in art and creative direction at major advertising and publishing agencies. She takes a collaborative approach to design and enjoys being able to help clients tell their stories visually. Christine has a secret talent for finding peoples’ celebrity dopplegangers. Oh, and if you’re curious about the last name: How you spell it is how you say it: “X-oh-ee-nis.“

Erica has more than a decade of experience working in design for major consumer brands and large non-profit organizations. Erica has an unparalleled work ethic and is lightning fast, and she has a keen design sensibility to match. When Erica is not cheering on the Carolina Panthers, she also likes to binge watch her favorite TV shows and check out some live music. Fun fact: Erica is named for a famous soap opera character. Can you guess who?
Motto: “There’s no secret to success–it requires nothing more than hard work and a case of diet soda.”
A fan of a challenge, and no stranger to working hard, Julia’s excited to utilize her degrees in advertising and graphic design on a daily basis. Before joining Ethos, she operated her own custom invitation business for eight years. When she isn’t puzzling out a layout dilemma and learning new design tools and tricks, Julia is busy giving back. Her community service includes volunteering with the local police department among other organizations.
Motto: “Good things come to those who hustle.”
Pushing creative limits is Zach Eller’s inspiration. That attitude dovetails perfectly with his workplace goal of growing as a designer overall to gain a wide range of experience and exposure to a variety of projects. Zach’s focus is on web design, photo/video and graphic design, areas he explored prior to Ethos both as a freelancer and as a graphic designer at Sodexo. When he’s not testing his design limits, Zach likes traveling, working out and cars.

Outdoor enthusiast Bailey Profitt thrives on keeping busy and helping others. A student at UNC Greensboro, she is double majoring in accounting and finance with her eyes on the future prize of owning her own accounting firm. Prior to joining Ethos, Bailey worked for three years as a personal assistant at a daycare.
Motto: “You can do anything you set your mind to … but first, coffee.”
Gabriella is an inventive and well-rounded designer with a passion for web design and typography. She likes being able to combine beautiful aesthetics with functionality for the web. She’s earned a BFA in New Media & Design and has years of experience using her creative talents in the industry. Combine that with a strong work ethic and a knack for problem solving, her work truly speaks for itself.
Motto: “Do it with passion or not at all.”
With an MFA in creative writing, Ginny thrives on exploring new topics and helping clients tell their stories through the written word. More than 25 publications have regularly featured Ginny’s work, and she has nearly 20 years of experience writing and editing for corporate clients. Happy to debate the intricacies of sentence structure, Ginny enjoys going to the movies with her family, cooking and, of course, reading.
Motto: “Don’t sweat the small stuff. Except when it comes to using commas properly.”
George has held several marketing positions with United, Delta Air Lines, and Walt Disney, where he served as Director of Product Development and GM of Walt Disney Travel. He’s also held a number of senior leadership positions in marketing on both the agency and client side, including with North State Telecommunications and Piedmont Triad Partnership. Outside of work, priorities include persuading his 26-year-old son that it’s OK to hang with Dad (at least occasionally) and learning T’ai Chi.
